Yoga educator, E-Ryt 500, RCyt, RPyt, NASM-CPT, FRC®, RN

MY MISSION

To provide an inviting space for every body to consider themselves deeply. Through kinesthetic awareness and bio-mechanical information, I aim to educate, empower and engage my students in their bodies and lives.

MY CLASS

My class is consistently paced and challenging for both mind + body. In every pose, I offer alignment cues and refinements that strategically set you up for success. You can expect to leave with a sense of durability and steadiness.

SHARON (she/her)

Yoga educator, E-Ryt 500, RPyt, NASM-CPT,

My teachings are inspired by various yoga lineages and movement sciences including but not limited to - RYT 500, Katonah Yoga®, Yin Yoga, RPYT (Pre/Postnatal), Animal Flow.

MY MISSION

To serve as a catalyst in teaching and supporting students on how to use a yoga practice and community to live a richer, more informed, satisfying life. Providing a safe space for students to learn, grow, and increase awareness as I too, continue to work on this on my own. Navigating all limbs of yoga, beyond just the physical practice of asana. Teaching longevity of the body, mind, and spirit.

Doing so through language, form and function. Giving students the tools, words, and ability to better navigate the world, their bodies and their lives.

MY CLASS

Find access to different tools to explore and measure yourself. I teach sequencing that is traditional, spiritual and metaphorical, guiding and showing oneself - to oneself. Exposing one's strengths, as well as one's vulnerabilities.

You can expect a challenging, empowering, and dynamic class where my goal is to help students get comfortable being uncomfortable and maintain an open mind to seeing things from a new or different vantage point.

YOGA EDUCATOR

My Mission

My mission is to always do my best to help my class leave feeling better than when they arrived. Physically, mentally, whatever that means to them in that moment, that’s my goal. I believe yoga is for every body and I want my students to fall in love with the way practicing yoga makes them feel about themselves.

My Class

I love anatomy, alignment, helping people develop strength and create space where maybe there wasn’t enough or any before. I encourage my students to ask questions and to play with what feels best to them, not necessarily what I’m asking them to do. I tend to talk a lot and say corny things because I don’t take yoga too seriously even though I love the practice and am honored to be a teacher. Life can be so serious - my classes will get you moving, encourage you to think and hopefully make you laugh.

TORI (she/her)

YOGA EDUCATOR-Cyt 500

My Mission

I love helping my students find their way to peace and feel good in their bodies. I use my knowledge of chakras and energy to help others understand more about themselves in order to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am passionate about always learning and growing, and so I love challenging others to think outside the box or switch their perspective.

My Class

In my class, you can expect to slowly flow through both dynamic and passive poses with the intent to nurture your body. We will gently challenge our bodies to learn and then enjoy passive stretches to relax our bodies and minds. Chakra work, sound healing, breath work, pressure points, energy meridians, and intelligently sequencing poses are some of the things I enjoy incorporating into my classes.
