Prenatal and Postpartum Series with Brandi | In-Person

Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga provides space to safely embrace the changes of pregnancy both in mind and body, slow down and connect with baby, and build community with other parents-to-be/parents.

Participants will learn to stretch, move, and relax in ways that safely support the changes of mind and body throughout and post their pregnancy.

Each Yoga class is designed to help you prepare mindfully for:

  • the physical and mental changes of pregnancy

  • giving birth

  • postpartum recovery

Make deeper connections with your growing baby, (or babies!) and other expecting parents within our yoga community at all stages of pre and post-pregnancy. With an intentional focus on alignment and anatomy, our yoga class creates space to safely explore, strengthen, stretch and rest your changing bodies. Each class will be tailored to those present in class.

More about Brandi

Brandi Rimi (RYT-200, PRYT) is one of our own YogaMechanics teachers who loves helping pregnant and new moms find more balance in life through yoga. She deeply understands the power of yoga for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum support. Brandi's own yoga practice has held her up physically, mentally and spiritually throughout two pregnancies, the births of her daughters, and her ongoing realities of parenting her two bio daughters and two stepsons. It is her mission to share the sweet gifts of yoga with others so they, too, can enjoy a little more “mama bliss.”
