To create a open space for pregnant women to build knowledge, strength and a sense of community. Through proper alignment and supportive postures, I aspire to ease discomfort and build confidence in the power of the female body and mind.
Pregnancy does not mean disability. In class, I offer effective ways to modify your practice to accommodate a growing belly and clear an anxious mind. Together we will build a toolbox of techniques for a comfortable pregnancy and a successful birth.
