My Mission 

To create a comfortable space for students to explore movement in their bodies in the safest and most effective ways. My objective is to foster a greater mind/body awareness while supporting each student’s individual practice.

My Class

My classes comprise a wide range of poses focused on proper alignment and increasing strength and mobility. Expect to move the entire body with mindfulness for a fully integrated experience.
